1. Overview

At Masavi911, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent Return & Exchange Policy for all orders delivered within Pakistan.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong item

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

📌 Important:

• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Product must be in original condition with all packaging intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or opened products

• Personal care / beauty products (once opened)

• Items damaged due to misuse

4. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery

2. Provide:

   • Order number

   • Clear photos/video of the product

3. Our team will review your request

4. If approved, we will guide you with the return or exchange process

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items

• If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund

6. Refund Policy (COD Orders)

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Refunds are only issued in valid cases (damaged/wrong product)

• Refund method:

  • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

7. Shipping Costs

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover shipping costs

• If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may bear delivery charges

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

9. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to رفض (reject) any return request that does not meet our policy

• Fake or abusive claims may lead to order blocking in future
